Open Settings
Go to Bluetooth & devices or Devices
Select Mouse
Open Additional mouse settings or Mouse settings
Go to the Pointers tab
Choose a cursor scheme
Select a specific pointer to change
Click Browse
Pick a cursor file
Click Open
Click Apply
Click OK
