Open Gmail on your computer or mobile device
Click or tap the search bar
Type `in:all` or search for the sender, subject, or keyword
Use `-in:spam -in:trash` to exclude spam and trash
Open the `All Mail` folder from the left menu on desktop
On mobile, open the menu and select `All Mail`
Look for emails without the Inbox label
Use Gmail search filters to find archived messages faster
Open the email to view it and move it back to Inbox if needed
Click or tap `Move to Inbox` to unarchive it
