Search for the contact name or number
Check if the conversation is missing or not delivering
Open Settings
Tap Messages
Tap Blocked Contacts
Review the list of blocked numbers and contacts
Open Settings
Tap Phone
Tap Blocked Contacts
Review blocked callers
Open Settings
Tap FaceTime
Tap Blocked Contacts
Review blocked FaceTime contacts
Unblock a contact if you want to receive their messages
Ask the sender to resend the message after unblocking
Check if the sender used a different number or Apple ID
