Open the Gmail login page or app
Enter your Gmail address
Click Forgot password if you do not remember it
Follow the account recovery steps
Verify your identity with a recovery email, phone number, or security prompt
Create a new password after verification
Check saved passwords in your browser or password manager if you previously stored it
On Chrome, open Password Manager and search for your Gmail account
On Android, check Google Password Manager in your device settings
On iPhone, check saved passwords in Settings if you used iCloud Keychain
If you cannot recover access, use Google Account Recovery
