Select History
Select History again to view the full list
Use the search bar to find specific pages
Open Firefox
Click the three-line menu
Select History
Choose Manage History
Use the search field to find specific sites
Open Terminal
Type `history`
Press Return
Open Finder
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Enter `~/Library/Safari/`
Check browser-related files if needed
Open System Settings
Go to Screen Time
Check app and website usage if enabled
