Go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode and verify passcode and Face ID settings
Go to Settings > General > About and check for unfamiliar device management or certificates
Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install the latest iOS update
Go to Settings > Apple Account and review trusted devices and sign-in activity
