Check the label on the bottom of the laptop
Check the sticker under the battery, if removable
Press Windows + R, type msinfo32, and look for System Model
Open Command Prompt and type wmic csproduct get name
Open Dell SupportAssist and view device information
Go to Dell’s support website and use the Service Tag
Check BIOS or UEFI setup for the model name
Look in Settings > System > About
Check the original box or purchase receipt
Check the Dell service tag on the chassis and enter it on Dell support
