Press Windows key + Print Screen to capture the entire screen and save it automatically
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu to take a custom screenshot
Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snip & Sketch and select a screen area
Paste the screenshot into Paint, Word, or another app using Ctrl + V
Save the screenshot from the app if needed
