Open the Settings app
Tap About phone or About device
Look for RAM or Memory
Use the search bar in Settings and search RAM
Check the Device information section
Open Developer options if available
Use a system info app from the app store
Check the phone’s official box or specifications page
On Android, use Settings > Battery and device care > Memory on some devices
On iPhone, check the model specifications online, since RAM is not shown in Settings
