Two authors: use “and” in narrative citations: Smith and Jones (2020)
Three or more authors: use the first author’s last name followed by “et al.” from the first citation onward: (Smith et al., 2020)
Three or more authors: narrative form uses the first author’s last name followed by “et al.”: Smith et al. (2020)
For direct quotes, include page number with the author citation: (Smith & Jones, 2020, p. 15)
In the reference list, list up to 20 authors in full
