Wash removable parts with warm soapy water
Dry all parts thoroughly before reassembling
Avoid using soap on the cooking surface unless needed for deep cleaning
Avoid abrasive pads or harsh cleaners on the griddle top
Repeat after each use to maintain the seasoning
