Unplug the diffuser and empty any remaining water or oil
Wipe out the tank with a soft, dry cloth
Add clean water to the fill line
Add a small amount of white vinegar if needed
Run the diffuser for a few minutes
Unplug it again and empty the tank
Use a cotton swab to clean corners, crevices, and the ultrasonic plate
Wipe the inside and outside with a soft cloth
Rinse with clean water and empty completely
Let all parts air-dry before using again
