Let the sheet pan cool completely
Remove loose food and grease with a paper towel or spatula
Fill the pan with hot water and a few drops of dish soap
Let it soak for 10 to 20 minutes
Scrub with a non-abrasive sponge or brush
Use baking soda and water paste on stuck-on residue
Rinse thoroughly with warm water
Dry immediately with a clean towel
For stubborn stains, repeat the soaking and scrubbing
Avoid steel wool on nonstick or coated pans
Store only after the pan is fully dry
