Wipe away loose crumbs with a dry, soft cloth or paper towel
If the plates are removable, remove them and rinse with warm water
For non-removable plates, wipe with a damp cloth or sponge
Use a mild dish soap on a damp cloth if needed
For stuck-on residue, gently use a non-scratch sponge or plastic scraper
Avoid steel wool, abrasive pads, and harsh chemicals
Never immerse the waffle maker body in water
Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and dry with a soft towel
Dry the plates thoroughly with a clean cloth
Reassemble (if applicable) once fully dry
Close the lid and store in a dry place
