Unplug the microwave or turn it off
Remove the turntable and roller ring
Wash the turntable and roller ring with warm soapy water
Wipe loose crumbs and debris from the interior
Fill a microwave-safe bowl with water and add lemon juice or vinegar
Heat the bowl for 3 to 5 minutes until steam forms
Leave the door closed for a few minutes
Carefully remove the bowl
Wipe the interior walls, ceiling, floor, and door with a soft cloth or sponge
Use a mild dish soap solution for stubborn spots
Scrub gently with a nonabrasive sponge
Clean the door seal and edges with a damp cloth
Dry all surfaces with a clean towel or cloth
Reinsert the turntable and roller ring
Leave the door open briefly to let the inside air dry
