Wash your hands before handling the cup
Empty the cup
Rinse the cup with cold water first
Wash the cup with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap
Rinse thoroughly to remove all soap
Check the air holes and rinse them clean
Sterilize the cup by boiling it in water for 5 to 10 minutes between cycles
Make sure the cup does not touch the bottom of the pot while boiling
Let the cup dry completely before storing
Store the cup in a breathable pouch or container
Clean the cup after every removal during your period
