Wipe with a clean damp cloth
Dry the furniture immediately with a clean towel
Apply white vinegar to a cloth and wipe affected areas
Let the vinegar sit for 10 to 15 minutes
Wipe the surface with a clean damp cloth
Dry the furniture thoroughly
Use a soft brush for crevices and carved areas
Repeat cleaning if mold remains
Sand lightly if mold has stained the finish
Clean off sanding dust
Apply wood polish or furniture wax after drying
Keep the furniture in a dry area with good airflow
Use a dehumidifier to prevent future mold growth
