Remove oven racks and soak them in hot water with baking soda

Make a paste with baking soda and water

Spread the paste on the oven interior, avoiding heating elements

Leave it overnight or for several hours

Wipe away the paste with a damp cloth

Spray vinegar on any remaining residue

Wipe again with a clean damp cloth

Scrub stubborn spots with a non-scratch sponge

Clean the oven door with baking soda paste or vinegar

Dry all surfaces with a clean towel

Reinsert the racks after they are fully dry
