Wipe off excess paint with a paper towel or cloth
Rinse the brush under lukewarm water
Work a small amount of mild soap into the bristles
Gently massage the bristles with your fingers
Rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear
Repeat soap and rinse if paint remains
Reshape the bristles with your fingers
Lay the brush flat or hang it to dry
Do not let acrylic paint dry on the brush
Clean brushes immediately after use
Use brush cleaner or isopropyl alcohol for stubborn dried paint
Avoid soaking the brush handle or ferrule for long periods
