Open Settings
Go to System
Select Storage
Click Temporary files
Select the files you want to remove
Click Remove files
Open File Explorer
Type %temp% in the address bar
Press Enter
Select all files
Delete the selected files
Open Run
Type temp
Press Enter
Delete the files in the folder
Empty the Recycle Bin
Restart the computer
