Scrape off food residue immediately after use

Stand upright or place in a rack to air-dry completely

Remove odors and stains with coarse salt and lemon
Apply food-grade mineral oil regularly to prevent drying and cracking
Avoid soaking the board in water
Avoid putting the board in the dishwasher
Clean after cutting raw meat, poultry, or fish immediately
