Fill a plastic bag with white vinegar
Secure the bag around the shower head with a rubber band
Let it soak for 1 to 2 hours
Remove the bag
Scrub the nozzles with an old toothbrush
Rinse the shower head with warm water
Wipe the exterior with a soft cloth
Run the shower for a few minutes to flush out residue
Repeat monthly to prevent buildup
