Tap Safari
Tap Clear History and Website Data
Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data
Open Settings
Tap General
Tap iPhone Storage
Select an app
Tap Offload App or Delete App
Reinstall the app if needed
Restart the iPhone
Clear app cache from within the app if the app has that option
Delete and reinstall the app to remove its cache if needed
