Open Spotify
Tap your profile picture or Settings
Go to Storage or Data Saver
Tap Clear cache
Confirm if prompted
On iPhone, delete and reinstall Spotify to clear the cache
On Android, you can also clear cache from Settings > Apps > Spotify > Storage > Clear cache
Restart Spotify after clearing the cache
