Close Microsoft Teams
Open Task Manager
End tasks for:
Teams
Teams (work or school)
Teams Helper
SkypeApp (if present)
Press Windows + R
Enter: `%appdata%MicrosoftTeams`
Delete these folders/files if present:
`Cache`
`GPUCache`
`Code Cache`
`databases`
Press Windows + R again
Enter: `%appdata%MicrosoftTeamsCache`
Delete all contents inside the folder (if it exists)
Press Windows + R again
Enter: `%localappdata%MicrosoftTeams`
Delete these folders/files if present:
`Cache`
`GPUCache`
`Code Cache`
Press Windows + R again
Enter: `%localappdata%MicrosoftTeamsCache`
Delete all contents inside the folder (if it exists)
Press Windows + R again
Enter: `%temp%`
Delete Teams-related temp files if present (optional)
Restart Teams from the Start menu or by signing in again
