How To Use Microsoft Teams?

Download and install Microsoft Teams or open it in a web browser

Sign in with your Microsoft account or work/school account

Set up your profile name, photo, and status

Use the Chat tab to send messages to individuals or groups

Use the Teams tab to join or create teams and channels

Use the Calendar tab to schedule, view, and join meetings

Click New meeting to start an instant meeting or schedule one for later

Use the Meet now option to start a quick meeting

Join meetings by clicking the meeting link or using the Join button

Turn your camera and microphone on or off during meetings

Share your screen or a specific window during meetings

Use the Files tab to upload, view, and collaborate on documents

Mention people with @ to notify them in chats or channels

React to messages with emojis or send quick replies

Use the search bar to find people, messages, files, and meetings

Adjust notifications in Settings to control alerts

Change your status to Available, Busy, Do not disturb, or Away

Use apps and integrations to add tools and workflows

Leave or mute chats and channels you no longer need

Sign out when you are finished using Teams
