Join or start a Teams meeting
Before joining, turn on your camera preview if needed
Select Background filters or Effects
Choose a built-in backdrop
Select Add new to upload your own image if available
Preview the backdrop
Select Apply
Join the meeting
To change it during a meeting, open More actions
Select Video effects or Background effects
Choose or upload a backdrop
Select Apply
