Open Microsoft Teams
Select your profile picture
Choose Check for updates
Wait for Teams to download and install updates
Restart Teams if prompted
If using the desktop app, close and reopen Teams if the update does not start automatically
If using the mobile app, open the App Store or Google Play Store
Search for Microsoft Teams
Tap Update if available
If Teams is managed by your organization, contact your IT admin if updates are blocked
