Enter your data into two separate columns
Click the Data tab
Click Data Analysis
Select t-Test: Two-Sample Assuming Equal Variances, t-Test: Two-Sample Assuming Unequal Variances, or t-Test: Paired Two Sample for Means
Click OK
Set the Variable 1 Range
Set the Variable 2 Range
Set the Hypothesized Mean Difference
Choose Labels if your ranges include headers
Set Alpha
Choose an Output Range or select New Worksheet Ply
Click OK
Review the t Stat, P(T<=t) values, and critical values
Compare the p-value to your significance level
Interpret the result based on whether the p-value is less than alpha
