Check the TV and soundbar ports
Turn off the TV and soundbar
Connect with HDMI ARC or eARC if available
Plug one end of an HDMI cable into the TV ARC/eARC port
Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into the soundbar HDMI OUT ARC/eARC port
Turn on the TV and soundbar
Set the TV sound output to HDMI ARC/eARC
If using optical, connect the optical cable from TV to soundbar
Set the TV sound output to Optical
If using Bluetooth, put the soundbar in pairing mode
Open the TV sound settings and select the Samsung soundbar
If using Wi-Fi, connect both devices to the same network
Use the Samsung SmartThings app if needed
Test the audio
Adjust the soundbar input source if necessary
