Pause the video at the frame you want
Press Power + Volume Down at the same time
Or swipe the edge of your hand across the screen if Palm swipe is enabled
Or use the Quick Panel Screenshot button if available
Check the screenshot in Gallery or Photos
If the video app blocks screenshots, use screen recording and capture a frame from the recording
