Turn on Bluetooth on the laptop
Open Settings
Go to Bluetooth and devices
Turn on Bluetooth
Turn on pairing mode on the Bluetooth device
Click Add device
Select Bluetooth
Choose the device from the list
Click Pair or Connect
Enter the pairing code if prompted
Confirm the connection on both devices
Check that the device shows as connected
