Update your PS5 system software to the latest version
Update the Discord app on your phone or PC
Open Discord and sign in
Go to User Settings
Select Connections
Choose PlayStation Network
Sign in to your PSN account
Authorize the connection between Discord and PlayStation Network
On PS5, open the Control Center
Select Game Base
Choose Discord
Join a voice channel or start a Discord voice chat from your linked account
If needed, transfer the voice chat to your PS5 from the Discord app
Make sure your PSN privacy settings allow connections and voice chat
Make sure your Discord and PSN accounts are linked to the same region if required
Restart the PS5 and Discord app if the connection does not appear
