Open the Zoom app
Join or start a meeting
Connect your headphones to your device
Make sure the headphones are selected as the audio output on your device
In Zoom, tap or click the audio settings
Select your headphones as the speaker
Select your headphones as the microphone if they have one
Test the audio in Zoom
Adjust the volume if needed
Reconnect the headphones if Zoom does not detect them
Restart Zoom if the audio still does not work
