Plug in the printer and turn it on
Load paper and install ink or toner
Connect the printer to Wi-Fi or a USB cable
On the printer, open the wireless or network settings
Select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password
Download and install the Canon printer driver or Canon PRINT app
Open printer settings on your computer or phone
Add the Canon printer from the available devices list
Select the printer and complete the setup
Print a test page to confirm the connection
