Use the Roku mobile app on your phone
Connect your phone and Roku to the same Wi-Fi network
Open the Roku app and select your device
Use the app as a remote
Use a TV remote with HDMI-CEC if enabled
Use the physical buttons on the TV if available
Connect a USB keyboard or mouse if your Roku model supports it
Set up a mobile hotspot with the same network name and password as the previous Wi-Fi
Reconnect the Roku to Wi-Fi through the Roku app
Use Ethernet if your Roku device has an Ethernet port
Factory reset the Roku if no other method works
Reconfigure the Roku after reset using the app or a remote replacement
