Go to your Roku account at my.roku.com
Sign in with your Roku email and password
Select Manage your subscriptions or update payment method if needed
Check the PIN preference in your account settings
If a PIN is already set, you can use it for purchases and channel additions
If you forgot the PIN, choose the option to reset or change it
If no PIN is set, create a new one in the PIN preference section
On the Roku device, go to Settings
Select Parental controls or Purchase PIN settings if available
Use the PIN you set in your Roku account
If you cannot access the account, use the Roku password reset option first
