Turn on the Sony headphones
Put the headphones in pairing mode
Open Bluetooth settings on your phone, tablet, or computer
Turn on Bluetooth
Select the Sony headphones from the list of available devices
Confirm pairing if prompted
Wait for the connection to complete
Test the audio to make sure it is working
If needed, disconnect from other devices and try again
If the headphones do not appear, restart both devices and repeat the steps
