Turn on the headphones
Press and hold the Power button for about 7 seconds until the indicator starts flashing blue and red
On your phone, tablet, or computer, open Bluetooth settings
Turn on Bluetooth
Select Sony WH-1000XM4 from the list of available devices
If prompted, confirm the pairing
If the headphones were already paired before, turn them on and they may reconnect automatically
If pairing fails, turn the headphones off and repeat the pairing mode steps
