Turn on your Sony headphones
Put the headphones in pairing mode
Open Apple menu on your Mac
Click System Settings
Click Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth on
Wait for your Sony headphones to appear in the device list
Click Connect next to your headphones
Confirm the connection if prompted
Select your Sony headphones as the output device if needed
Test audio playback on your Mac
