Open the Notepad file
Check the data format
Save the file as .txt if needed
Open Microsoft Excel
Go to the Data tab
Select From Text/CSV
Choose the Notepad file
Set the correct delimiter
Click Load or Import
Review the data in Excel
Save the file as .xlsx
