Open the worksheet in Excel
Go to the View tab
Select Freeze Panes
Click Freeze Top Row to keep the first row visible
If you want to freeze both rows and columns, select the cell below and to the right of the area you want fixed
Go to View
Select Freeze Panes
Click Freeze Panes
If the header is in the page print layout, go to Page Layout
Click Print Titles
In Rows to repeat at top, select the header row
Click OK
If the header is in a table, click anywhere in the table
Go to Table Design
Ensure Header Row is checked
Save the workbook
