Open the Photos app
Select the photo you want to convert
Tap the Share button
Scroll down and tap Print
On the Print Options screen, use two fingers to zoom in on the photo preview
Tap the Share button again
Tap Save to Files or send it to another app as a PDF
Choose a location and save the PDF
To convert multiple photos, select all photos first, then repeat the same steps
