Open the MyJio app
Sign in with your Jio number
Go to Menu or Services
Select SIM/eSIM or Convert to eSIM
Choose your Jio number
Enter the OTP received on your phone
Confirm the eSIM request
Wait for the eSIM QR code on your registered email or in the app
Open your phone’s settings
Go to Mobile Network or Cellular settings
Select Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan
Scan the QR code
Follow the on-screen activation steps
Keep the old SIM active until eSIM activation is complete
Restart your phone after activation if required
