Place the tenderloins on the baking sheet in a single layer
Drizzle with oil
Season with salt, pepper, and any desired spices
Flip the tenderloins to coat both sides evenly
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F
Remove from the oven
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
