How To Cook Corn On The Grill?

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400–450°F / 200–230°C)

Remove husks and silk from corn

Rinse and dry corn

Optional: Brush corn with olive oil or melted butter

Optional: Season with salt, pepper, and/or chili powder

Grill corn directly over heat, rotating every 2–3 minutes, until charred and tender (10–15 minutes)

Optional: For more char, grill with lid closed between rotations

Optional: If using skewers, place corn on skewers for easier handling

Optional: Wrap corn in foil (or foil + butter/oil) and grill 15–20 minutes for softer corn

Optional: Add flavored butter after grilling; brush on while hot
