Trim any silver skin from the tenderloin

Rub the pork with olive oil

Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika

Optional: add rosemary, thyme, or onion powder

Place the pork in a baking dish or on a lined sheet pan

Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part

Roast for 20 to 25 minutes

Check for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C)

Remove from the oven

Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes

Slice and serve
