How To Cook Potstickers?

Heat 1–2 tablespoons oil in a nonstick or skillet over medium heat

Place potstickers in a single layer, flat side down

Cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 2–3 minutes

Add 1/4 cup water to the pan

Cover immediately with a lid

Steam until the water evaporates and the potstickers are cooked through, about 5–7 minutes

Remove the lid and let any remaining water cook off

Cook for 1 more minute to crisp the bottoms again

Transfer to a plate and serve hot

Serve with dipping sauce if desired
