How To Make Fried Rice With Egg?

Cook 2 cups of rice and let it cool

Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat

Beat 2 eggs in a bowl

Pour the eggs into the pan and scramble until just cooked

Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside

Add a little more oil if needed

Add chopped onion, garlic, and mixed vegetables to the pan

Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes

Add the cooked rice to the pan

Break up any clumps and stir well

Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste

Return the scrambled eggs to the pan

Mix everything together until heated through

Serve hot
