Go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID
Click Find My
Select All Devices
Choose your iPhone
Click Remove from Account if the iPhone is offline or no longer in use
If the iPhone is online, erase it first if needed
On the iPhone, open Settings
Tap your name
Tap Find My
Tap Find My iPhone
Turn off Find My iPhone
Enter your Apple ID password when prompted
Confirm the change
